Woodrun introduces tree companies to people who want leftover wood. Woodrun does not sell the wood, employ the crew, or control the drop.
By creating a recipient account you agree that:
1. You accept each load as-is. Chips, rounds, and cut-offs may be dirty, wet, mixed, insect-marked, or the wrong size for what you had in mind. You will not ask the crew or Woodrun to replace a load because of its condition.
2. You choose the drop spot. You will describe hazards such as dogs, locked gates, wires, septic fields, soft ground, or children. Ordinary marks on grass or gravel from a delivery are part of receiving a free load.
3. You will not hold the tree company or Woodrun responsible for the condition of the wood, for ordinary wear from the delivery, or for a load you later decide you do not want.
4. Wood you receive through Woodrun is for your own use. This is not a firewood or mulch store.
5. If a crew cannot safely use the drop spot you described, they can report it. That report is shown to other crews as a reliability count.
6. Your street address and drop instructions stay hidden from crews until you claim a load. After you claim, the crew that posted it can see them so they can deliver.
This is plain language for the product, not a lawyer's opinion. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
